Kaela is a senior participating in her first year of journalism. She has an interest in fine arts
and is a long time member of Drama Club, Chamber Choir, and Bel Canto.

She is also a member of NHS and NEHS and has been a member of Tri-M for two years. Kaela ensures
she stays busy balancing school, extracurriculars, and a job. Most of the time she can be found in the
fine arts hallway either working on a new piece for choir or running lines for an upcoming show.

Additionally, she works part-time at AMC Theaters and has been a proud employee for the past year and
three months. Kaela hopes to attend New York University next fall majoring in political science on the pre-law track and minoring in theater. She is excited to create new and thoughtful pieces of journalism and further her writing skills whilst engaging with her fellow journalism classmates.
